At Grange Garden, we believe the most meaningful success is shared. The Heartfelt & Hopeful Initiative is our education-first, community outreach effort focused on responsible rabbit care, emergency intake support, and long-term placement stability. Our goal is simple: to support bunnies in need while helping our community make thoughtful, informed decisions about rabbit care and commitment.

What We Do

  • Partnerships: We collaborate with experienced caretakers, rescue partners, and local organizations to amplify resources and responsible placement.
  • Education & Outreach: We share accessible, practical education around responsible rabbit care, long-term commitment, and wellbeing.
  • Emergency Intake Support: When space allows, we take in rabbits in urgent or transitional situations and provide care while helping identify appropriate next steps.
  • Community Awareness: We help spotlight rabbits in need of loving, permanent homes to reduce shelter overcrowding.

How Contributions Help

Any contributions toward the Heartfelt & Hopeful Initiative go directly toward the care and wellbeing of rabbits in our program and those we support through community partnerships.

  • Spay and neuter support
  • Veterinary checkups and wellness care
  • Food, enrichment, and habitat supplies
  • Temporary care for emergency intake rabbits
  • Educational materials for our community

We are not a formal rescue organization, but we collaborate with experienced caretakers, local veterinarians, and rescue contacts to support responsible bunny care and outcomes.

Our Philosophy

We believe that education prevents heartbreak. Many rabbits end up in shelters due to misunderstandings about their needs or the long-term commitment they require. Through Heartfelt & Hopeful, we aim to replace impulse decisions with informed choices — creating better outcomes for both bunnies and the families who welcome them.
